Washington High School Basketball - Fort Vancouver can't hold off Ridgefield
December 8, 2025: Ridgefield, WA 98642 Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA), 78-74 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Ridgefield advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Spudders travel to Woodland (Woodland, WA) to face the Beavers in a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Wednesday, December 10. The Beavers enter the match with a record of 3-0. Woodland won 79-58 in their recent non-league contest against Kalama (Kalama, WA)
In their next game, the Trappers battle the Centralia Tigers (Centralia, WA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 11. Fort Vancouver will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 66-56 non-league loss to Elma (Elma, WA).
