Texas High School Basketball - East View crushes Hyde Park
December 9, 2021: Austin, TX 78765 East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hyde Park Panthers (Austin, TX), 71-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East View upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to LBJ Austin (Austin, TX) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 9. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 3-2. LBJ Austin won 62-43 in their recent non-league bout against Northeast Early College (Austin, TX)
Next up, the Panthers play the TMI-Episcopal Panthers (San Antonio, TX) in a TAPPS 5A District 3 bout, on Friday, December 10. Hyde Park will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 66-42 league win over Geneva (Boerne, TX).
