Kansas High School Basketball - Hartford can't hold off Bluestem
December 9, 2021: Leon, KS 67074 The Bluestem Lions basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Hartford Jaguars to 39 in the Lions non-league victory on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olpe for a non-league contest on Friday, December 10. Bluestem will battle a Eagles team coming off a 43-35 non-league win over Neodesha (Neodesha, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
The Jaguars (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Neodesha (Neodesha, KS). The Blue Streaks come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Neodesha was edged by Olpe (Olpe, KS), 43-35, in a non-league bout.
