The Loara Saxons tipped the visiting Anaheim Colonists basketball team by a final score of 68-66 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Saxons face the Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 15. Loara will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.

The Colonists (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Buckley (Sherman Oaks, CA). The Griffins come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Buckley was nudged by Alemany (Mission Hills, CA), 71-43, in a non-league battle.
