Louisiana High School Basketball - Ascension Episcopal tops Crowley
December 9, 2022: Lafayette, LA 70501 Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Crowley Gent (Crowley, LA), 62-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Ascension Episcopal upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The travel to Northside Christian (Crowley, LA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 3-4. Northside Christian won 62-36 in their recent non-league bout against Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA)
Next up, the Gent face the Rayne Wolves (Rayne, LA) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 12. Crowley will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Wolves enter the game with a 2-2 record after their 40-33 non-league win over Church Point (Church Point, LA).
