Texas High School Basketball - Del Valle crushes Austin

Del Valle Conquistadores (El Paso, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX), 63-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Del Valle upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Conquistadores travel to Clint (Clint, TX) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-10. Clint lost 52-39 in their recent non-league bout against Irvin (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Irvin Rockets (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Austin will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 52-39 non-league win over Clint (Clint, TX).
