Texas High School Basketball - Belton overwhelms Brackenridge
December 9, 2022: San Antonio, TX 78210 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Belton Tigers (Belton, TX) and the host Brackenridge Eagles (San Antonio, TX), saw Belton's basketball squad wallop Brackenridge by a tally of 68-38.
With the victory, Belton improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Warren (San Antonio, TX) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Warren won 76-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Winn (Eagle Pass, TX)
Next up, the Eagles play the Highlands Owls (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 27 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Brackenridge will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 98-45 non-league loss to Antonian Prep (San Antonio, TX).
