The Panthers now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monterey for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Permian will confront a Plainsmen team coming off a 64-52 non-league win over Burges (El Paso, TX). The Plainsmen record now stands at 7-4.
The Hawks (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Midland Legacy (Midland, TX). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 0-10 record. In their last battle, Midland Legacy was overwhelmed by Caprock (Amarillo, TX), 82-81, in a non-league battle.
