The Elgin Wildcats basketball team (Elgin, TX), was overwhelmed 53-20 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX)

The Bobcats now possess a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon Lake for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Chaparral will confront a team coming off a 79-38 non-league loss to East View (Georgetown, TX). The record now stands at 6-7.
