December 9, 2022: Porter, TX 77365 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Porter Spartans (Porter, TX) and the visiting Conroe Tigers (Conroe, TX), saw Porter's basketball squad hold off Conroe by a tally of 34-28.
With the victory, Porter improves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Tomball Memorial (Tomball, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 12-0. Tomball Memorial won 52-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Brenham (Brenham, TX)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Westfield Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Conroe will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 55-54 non-league loss to Tomball Memorial (Tomball, TX).
