Texas High School Basketball - New Diana fells Cumby
December 9, 2022: Cumby, TX 75433 New Diana Eagles (Diana, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cumby Trojans (Cumby, TX), 48-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, New Diana upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bowie (Simms, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Bowie won 51-45 in their recent non-league bout against Queen City (Queen City, TX)
Next up, the Trojans clash with the Queen City Bulldogs (Queen City, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Cumby will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 51-45 non-league loss to Bowie (Simms, TX).
