Texas High School Basketball - Garden City fells Balmorhea
December 9, 2022: Garden City, TX 79739 Garden City Bearkats (Garden City, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Balmorhea Bears (Balmorhea, TX), 47-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Garden City upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Bearkats host Winters (Winters, TX) to clash with the Blizzards in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Blizzards go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Winters lost 35-27 in their recent non-league bout against Rotan (Rotan, TX)
Next up, the Bears clash with the Compass Academy (Odessa, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Balmorhea will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 47-13 non-league loss to Grady (Lenorah, TX).
