South Dakota High School Basketball - Beresford holds off Baltic
December 9, 2022: Baltic, SD 57003 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Beresford Watchdogs (Beresford, SD) and the host Baltic Bulldogs (Baltic, SD), saw Beresford's basketball squad hold off Baltic by a tally of 32-28.
With the victory, Beresford improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Watchdogs travel to Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD) to confront the Panthers in a A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Dakota Valley lost 58-26 in their recent league challenge against Tea (Tea, SD)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Parker Pheasants (Parker, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Baltic will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Pheasants come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 54-37 non-league loss to McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD).
