California High School Basketball - Fairmont Prep winner over South
December 9, 2022: Torrance, CA 90505 The Fairmont Prep Huskies (Anaheim, CA) basketball felled the host South Spartans (Torrance, CA), 53-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Huskies (4-7) will now prepare for their test against King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, King/Drew was beaten by St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA), 51-40, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Wiseburn- Da Vinci for a Pioneer test on Tuesday, December 13. South will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 55-43 non-league win over Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 7-6.
