The Sparrows Point Pointers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Kenwood Bluebirds to 27 in the Pointers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pointers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carver A&T for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 14. Sparrows Point will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 44-39 non-league loss to Perry Hall (Baltimore, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
