California High School Basketball - La Serna crushes Montebello
December 9, 2022: Whittier, CA 90605 La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Montebello Oilers (Montebello, CA), 110-0 in a non-league bout.
With the win, La Serna upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Lancers travel to Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA) to clash with the Heralds in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Heralds go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Whittier Christian won 47-44 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
Next up, the Oilers clash with the Holy Family Gaels (Glendale, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Montebello will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Gaels go into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 68-23 non-league loss to Fullerton (Fullerton, CA).
