The Logansport Berries basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Muncie Central Bearcats to 42 in the Berries league triumph on Friday.

The Berries now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to LaVille for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Logansport will battle a Lancers team coming off a 54-27 league win over Winamac (Winamac, IN). The Lancers record now stands at 8-2.

The Bearcats (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson (Anderson, IN). The Indians enter the North Central contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Anderson ran past Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN), 71-68, in a league contest.
