December 9, 2022: Raton, NM 87740 Springer Red Devils (Springer, NM) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Raton Tigers (Raton, NM), 40-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Springer upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM) to play the Blue or Lady Blue in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Blue or Lady Blue go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Roy/Mosquero won 67-43 in their recent non-league bout against Cimarron (Cimarron, NM)
Next up, the Tigers play the Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Raton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 67-43 non-league loss to Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM).
