Georgia High School Basketball - Woodland can't hold off Southeast Whitfield County
December 9, 2022: Cartersville, GA 30120 The Southeast Whitfield County Raiders basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the host Woodland Wildcats to 29 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cass for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Southeast Whitfield County will battle a Colonels team coming off a 76-12 non-league win over Clarkston (Clarkston, GA). The Colonels record now stands at 5-1.
The Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa (Rome, GA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Coosa was nudged by Darlington (Rome, GA), 51-12, in a league contest.
