California High School Basketball - University holds off Tustin
December 9, 2022: Irvine, CA 92612 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the University Trojans (Irvine, CA) and the visiting Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA), saw University's basketball squad hold off Tustin by a tally of 39-34.
With the victory, University improves its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA) to confront the Barons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Barons come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Fountain Valley won 64-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA)
Next up, the Tillers confront the Beckman Patriots (Irvine, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 12. Tustin will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 58-28 non-league win over Savanna (Anaheim, CA).
