The Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) basketball crushed the host Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA), 67-32 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Cougars (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against West Valley (Cottonwood, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, West Valley was crushed by Shasta (Redding, CA), 47-33, in a non-league outing.

The Hillmen now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Twelve Bridges for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 13. Placer will clash with a Raging Rhinos squad coming off a 35-23 non-league loss to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Raging Rhinos record now stands at 3-5.
