California High School Basketball - Maria Carrillo crushes Jefferson
December 9, 2022: Daly City, CA 94014 Maria Carrillo Pumas (Santa Rosa, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jefferson Grizzlies (Daly City, CA), 47-24 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Maria Carrillo upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Pumas travel to Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Monarchs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Archbishop Mitty won 72-28 in their recent non-league bout against Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA)
Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Lincoln Mustangs (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 45-21 non-league win over University (San Francisco, CA).
