California High School Basketball - Bellarmine College Prep crushes Newark Memorial
December 9, 2022: Newark, CA 94560 Bellarmine College Prep Bells (San Jose, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Newark Memorial Cougars (Newark, CA), 72-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bellarmine College Prep upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Bells travel to Dublin (Dublin, CA) to play the Gaels in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Gaels come into the bout with a record of 6-0. Dublin won 50-49 in their recent non-league bout against De La Salle (Concord, CA)
Next up, the Cougars play the American Eagles (Fremont, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Newark Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 66-47 non-league loss to Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA).
