North Carolina High School Basketball - United Faith Christian Academy nips Wesleyan Christian Academy
December 9, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28277 United Faith Christian Academy Falcons (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC), 56-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, United Faith Christian Academy upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Falcons host Cannon (Concord, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Trojans play the Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Wesleyan Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 39-38 non-league loss to Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC).
