Central Bucks East Patriots (Doylestown, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE), 55-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central Bucks East upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Pennridge (Perkasie, PA) to play the Rams in a Suburban One - Continental bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Pennridge won 76-67 in their recent league bout against Souderton (Souderton, PA)
