Ohio High School Basketball - Jackson Center topped by Coldwater
December 9, 2023: Coldwater, OH 45828 The Coldwater Cavaliers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Jackson Center Tigers to 41 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Henry for a Midwest contest on Friday, December 15. Coldwater will battle a Redskins team coming off a 79-68 non-league loss to Shawnee (Lima, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 1-2.
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Botkins (Botkins, OH). The Trojans come into the Shelby County contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Botkins prevailed over Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH), 63-35, in a league contest.
