McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Colfax Vikings (Colfax, WI), 65-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McDonell Central upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Macks host Osseo-Fairchild (Osseo, WI) to clash with the Thunder in a Cloverbelt - West bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Osseo-Fairchild won 68-31 in their recent non-league bout against Mondovi (Mondovi, WI)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Boyceville Bulldogs (Boyceville, WI) in a Dunn-St. Croix bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Colfax will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 71-66 non-league loss to Thorp (Thorp, WI).
