December 9, 2023: Norman, OK 73072 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Guthrie Bluejays (Guthrie, OK) basketball squad felled the host Community Christian Royals (Norman, OK), by a margin of 64-46.
The Bluejays (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Altus (Altus, OK). The Bulldogs go into the 5A District 1 outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Altus thwarted Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO), 51-46, in a non-league outing.
The Royals now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Casady for a non-league outing on Friday, December 15. Community Christian will encounter a Cyclones squad coming off a 56-41 non-league loss to Anadarko (Anadarko, OK). The Cyclones record now stands at 2-4.
