December 9, 2023: Gallup, NM 87301 The Gallup Bengals basketball team (Gallup, NM), was routed 75-30 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM)
The Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atrisco Heritage Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 12. Los Lunas will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 72-66 non-league win over Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-0.
The Bengals (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Window Rock (Fort Defiance, AZ). The Fighting Scouts come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Window Rock was routed by Miyamura (Gallup, NM), 55-30, in a non-league battle.
