The Black Bears now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Laurel for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 12. Harlan County will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 67-49 non-league win over Sayre (Lexington, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-0.
The Commodores (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Buckhorn (Buckhorn, KY). The Wildcats come into the District 54 battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Buckhorn beat Jackson City (Jackson, KY), 61-60, in a non-league battle.
