Ohio High School Basketball - London holds off St. Francis DeSales
December 9, 2023: London, OH 43140 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the London Red Raiders (London, OH) and the visiting St. Francis DeSales Stallions (Columbus, OH), saw London's basketball squad hold off St. Francis DeSales by a tally of 63-61.
With the victory, London improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Red Raiders host Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH) to confront the Pioneers in a Central Buckeye Conference - Kenton Trail challenge on Friday, December 15. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Jonathan Alder won 77-71 in their recent non-league challenge against River Valley (Caledonia, OH)
Next up, the Stallions confront the Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. St. Francis DeSales will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 53-45 league win over New Albany (New Albany, OH).
