Texas High School Basketball - Maypearl topped by Peaster
December 9, 2023: Peaster, TX 76485 The Peaster Greyhounds basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Maypearl Panthers to 48 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Saturday.
The Greyhounds now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stephenville for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Rio Vista prevailed over Comanche (Comanche, TX), 59-39, in a non-league contest.
