Texas High School Basketball - Bridgeport overwhelmed by Bell
December 9, 2023: Bridgeport, TX 76426 The Bell Blue Raiders basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Bridgeport Bulls to 26 in the Blue Raiders non-league victory on Saturday.
The Blue Raiders now sport a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paschal for a 6A Region I District 3 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Bell will battle a Panthers team coming off a 45-42 non-league loss to Haltom (Haltom City, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 5-8.
The Bulls (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Stephenville (Stephenville, TX). The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees come into the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Stephenville triumphed over Midland (Midland, TX), 46-33, in a non-league contest.
