Texas High School Basketball - Bronte overwhelms Rankin
December 9, 2023: Rankin, TX 79778 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bronte Longhorns (Bronte, TX) and the host Rankin Red Devils (Rankin, TX), saw Bronte's basketball squad wallop Rankin by a tally of 73-43.
With the victory, Bronte improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Menard (Menard, TX) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Menard lost 55-28 in their recent non-league challenge against San Saba (San Saba, TX)
Next up, the Red Devils confront the Iraan Braves (Iraan, TX) in a 1A Region II District 10 challenge, on Friday, December 15. Rankin will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
