Texas High School Basketball - Garner nudges Bynum
December 9, 2023: Weatherford, TX 76088 Garner (Weatherford, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bynum Bulldogs (Bynum, TX), 39-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Garner upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The travel to Graford (Graford, TX) to clash with the Rabbits in a 1A Region III District 21 bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Rabbits go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Graford won 45-41 in their recent non-league bout against Millsap (Millsap, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Oakwood Panthers (Oakwood, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 26 bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Bynum will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 58-29 non-league win over Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX).
