Wyoming High School Basketball - Century overwhelms Thunder Basin

December 9, 2023: Gillette, WY 82718

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Century Patriots (Bismarck, ND) and the host Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY), saw Century's basketball squad wallop Thunder Basin by a count of 61-36.

With the victory, Century upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Jamestown (Jamestown, ND) to play the Bluejays in a AA West challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Jamestown lost 57-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Moorhead (Moorhead, MN)

Next up, the Bolts play the Riverton Wolverines (Riverton, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Thunder Basin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 57-22 non-league loss to East (Cheyenne, WY).
