December 9, 2023: Volga, SD 57071 The Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones basketball team (Clark, SD), was toppled 58-44 in Saturday's league battle with the host Sioux Valley Cossacks (Volga, SD)
The Cossacks now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baltic for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 14. Sioux Valley will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 72-54 non-league win over Parker (Parker, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
The Cyclones (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Waverly/South Shore (Waverly, SD). The Coyotes come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Waverly/South Shore was toppled by Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] (Rosholt, SD), 62-26, in a non-league battle.
