December 9, 2023: Cove, OR 97824 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cove Leopards (Cove, OR) and the visiting South Wasco County Redsides (Maupin, OR), saw Cove's basketball squad overcome South Wasco County by a tally of 54-40.
With the victory, Cove improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Harper (Harper, OR) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Harper won 42-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Pine Eagle (Halfway, OR)
Next up, the Redsides confront the Southwest Christian Wildcats (Beaverton, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. South Wasco County will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 62-26 non-league win over Cove (Cove, OR).
