With the victory, Grand Saline improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX) to confront the Buffaloes in a 3A Region II District 12 challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Buffaloes come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Lone Oak lost 66-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Mineola (Mineola, TX)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Cumby Trojans (Cumby, TX) in a 2A Region II District 15 challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. North Hopkins will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, TX).
