The Huss Huskies basketball team (Gastonia, NC), was toppled 57-48 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC)

The Bearcats now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Pointe for a non-league battle on Friday, December 15. Rock Hill will confront a Stallions team coming off a 70-52 non-league win over Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC). The Stallions record now stands at 4-2.

The Huskies (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Wildcats come into the 3A Big South battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, North Gaston was toppled by Cherryville (Cherryville, NC), 41-39, in a non-league battle.
