December 9, 2023: Jamestown, ND 58401 The Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) basketball nipped the host Jamestown Bluejays (Jamestown, ND), 57-53 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Spuds (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Bison go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Buffalo was tipped by Delano (Delano, MN), 75-46, in a non-league test.
The Bluejays now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Century for a AA West test on Tuesday, December 12. Jamestown will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 61-36 non-league win over Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Patriots record now stands at 3-0.
