December 9, 2023: Bokchito, OK 74726 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rock Creek Mustangs (Bokchito, OK) and the visiting Wilburton Diggers (Wilburton, OK), saw Rock Creek's basketball squad overcome Wilburton by a tally of 52-39.
With the victory, Rock Creek improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Calera (Calera, OK) to confront the Bulldogs in a Bryan County challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Calera won 53-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Bennington (Bennington, OK)
Next up, the Diggers confront the Wister Wildcats (Wister, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 11. Wilburton will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 69-21 non-league win over Haileyville (Haileyville, OK).
