December 9, 2023: New Laguna, NM 87007 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Laguna Acoma Hawks (New Laguna, NM) and the visiting East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM), saw Laguna Acoma's basketball squad wallop East Mountain by a tally of 63-36.
With the victory, Laguna Acoma improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hawks host Menaul (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Menaul won 65-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Timberwolves confront the Tucumcari Rattlers (Tucumcari, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. East Mountain will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
