Washington High School Basketball - Sequim fells Vashon Island
December 9, 2023: Sequim, WA 98382 Sequim Wolves (Sequim, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA), 54-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Sequim upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Wolves host Bremerton (Bremerton, WA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Bremerton lost 62-24 in their recent non-league bout against Shelton (Shelton, WA)
Next up, the Pirates play the Life Christian Academy Eagles (Tacoma, WA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Vashon Island will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 58-42 non-league loss to Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA).
