Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Thunder confront the McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Rocklin will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA).

The Fighting Zebras now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Granite Bay for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 13.
