Del Lago Academy Firebirds (Escondido, CA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Valley Center Jaguars (Valley Center, CA), 80-64 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Del Lago Academy advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Firebirds host Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 11. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 6-3. Steele Canyon won 77-67 in their recent non-league match against High Tech CV (Chula Vista, CA)
