Hawaii High School Basketball - Wai'anae bests Punahou Gold
December 9, 2024: Wai'anae, HI 96792 The Wai'anae Seariders basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Punahou Gold to 57 in the Seariders non-league triumph on Monday.
The Seariders now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host 'Aiea for a Oahu - West I game on Monday, December 23. Wai'anae will play a Na Alii team coming off a 66-61 non-league win over Castle (Kaneohe, HI). The Na Alii record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Punahou Gold falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The host Pearl City (Pearl City, HI) to play the Chargers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 0-6. Pearl City lost 39-33 in their recent non-league game against Waimea (Waimea, HI)
