Washington High School Basketball - Franklin triumphant over Lindbergh
December 9, 2024: Renton, WA 98058 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Quakers (Seattle, WA) and the host Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA), observed Franklin's basketball team overwhelm Lindbergh by a margin of 64-23.
The Quakers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Nathan Hale (Seattle, WA). The Raiders come into the 3A Metro challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Nathan Hale was trounced by Rainier Beach (Seattle, WA), 40-39, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Cedarcrest Red Wolves (Duvall, WA) in a 2A KingCo challenge, on Wednesday, December 11. Lindbergh will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Red Wolves come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 62-26 league win over Tyee (SeaTac, WA).
