California High School Basketball - Christian thwarts Mt. Carmel
December 9, 2024: El Cajon, CA 92019 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Christian Patriots (El Cajon, CA) and the visiting Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA), observed Christian's basketball team knock off Mt. Carmel by a score of 68-55.
The Patriots (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Otay Ranch prevailed over Santana (Santee, CA), 51-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Sundevils battle the Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Mt. Carmel will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 65-45 non-league loss to Christian (El Cajon, CA).
