In Tuesday's non-league test, the Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY) basketball squad defeated the visiting Trinity Raiders (Whitesville, KY), by a final score of 63-50.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 13. Apollo will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Blue Tornado go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 65-47 non-league loss to Henderson County (Henderson, KY).
